AMENDMENT 1 - The purpose of this amendment is to correct the offer due date from 30 July 2022 to 15 August 2022. Solicitation: Please respond to this RFQ by emailing response to: SrA Ebert at E-mail: andrew.ebert.2@us.af.mil no later than 3:00pm CST, 15 August 2022 – Monday (or sooner if possible) in order to be considered timely. Questions are due no later than 4:30 PM CST, 9 August 2022 – Tuesday. The Government is not obligated to answer any questions submitted after 9 August 2022. It is the vendor’s responsibility to monitor the site for amendments issued in reference to this requirement. Any potential amendments will be posted in the same fashion as the solicitation. All Contractors who provide goods/services to the DoD must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Failure to comply with SAM registration will deem the Offeror ineligible for award. *****PLEASE NOTE***** Availability of Funds Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
