The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment and labor necessary to perform all work in accordance with these specifications. Work includes removing existing gutters and downspouts, installing new gutters and downspouts, and providing labor to remedy unusual requirements related to the installation of the new gutter and downspout materials. All materials will be contractor furnished. The required work will be on Building 411, located on Columbus Air Force Base. II. Measurements and Specifications: Color: gutters and downspouts shall be bronze brown. Finish: gutters and downspouts shall have a kynar finish. Measurements: gutters shall be approximately 6" x 8" in size; downspouts shall be approximately 4" x 5" in size. Material: the gutters and downspout's material shall be 24 gauge sheet metal. Specification: eight (8) concrete splash blocks (one for each downspout) shall be purchased and installed, the profile of which shall match the existing. Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
