Questions are due no later than 4:30 PM CST, 15 June 2021 – Tuesday. The Government is not obligated to answer any questions submitted after 15 June 2021. It is the vendor’s responsibility to monitor the FBO system for amendments issued in reference to this requirement. Any potential amendments will be posted in the same fashion as the solicitation. All Contractors who provide goods/services to the DoD must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Failure to comply with SAM registration will deem the Offeror ineligible for award. *****PLEASE NOTE***** Availability of Funds Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. AMENDMENT #1: The purpose of this amendment is to post the responses from questions submitted by 4:30 pm CST on 15 June 2021. AMENDMENT #2: The purpose of this amendment is to post the responses from questions submitted after 15 June 2021 and to extend the solicitation due date to no later than 2:00pm CST on Tuesday -- 10 August 2021. The Government is also dissolving the Small Business Set Aside for this requirement and will now be Full and Open. Floor Plans are available, but will only be provided to those companies that request them via direct email to janmichael.bunda@us.af.mil. ****SITE VISIT**** A site visit will be held on 28 July 2021 at 10:00am CST on Columbus Air Force Base. Please send me a direct email at janmichael.bunda@us.af.mil if a representative from your company will be attending, so I can inform them on what items to bring prior to getting on base.
