The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform all tasks and functions as defined in the PWS. The Contractor shall maintain, examine and inspect CAFB and Gunshy Auxiliary Airfield to guarantee military and civilian customers a safe operating environment. The Contractor shall conduct Airfield support activities in strict compliance with United States Air Force (USAF) and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) standards mandating safety requirements for military air operations. **********A site visit will be held on August 2, 2021 at 10:00 am CST. Vendors shall meet at Vistor's Center by the Front Gate . Vendors will then walk/drive to the actual site of contract performance. Vendors are encouraged to inspect the site in order to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance to the extent that information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. The 14TH Contracting Squadron plans to establish a firm-fixed price contract to provide all non-personal services, to include labor, equipment, materials and related items necessary to provide Airfield Management Services at Columbus AFB. See attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) for details. The designated NAICS code is 488119, with a size standard of $32.5 million.
