The 14th Medical Group at Columbus supports the 14th Flying Training Wing and manages the day-to-day health care needs of Columbus Air Force Base personnel and their families. Contractor will have knowledge in specific abilities: 1) Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resource Development as it relates to assessing, maintaining and improving job knowledge, career enhancement and mandates of accrediting agencies. 2) Knowledge of the process, implementation, and review of research to include source references 3) Knowledge of quality improvement principles. Working knowledge of adult learning principles, learning styles, and teaching methods. 4) Use of MILPDS/OTA, ADLS/TFTR, MRDSS, Defense Connect Online, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Telephone Conference Calling and MS teams are highly desired.
