Notice to all interested vendors: this requirement is hereby cancelled. The Government's requirements have materially changed resulting in the need to cancel this requirement, and any pending award from this solicitation. To be considered for any future Government requirements related to the scope of work posted here, interested vendor will need to review any possible future solicitations, and notices and submit quotes/offerors at that time. Update as of 9/17/20: Amednment 0009 Published. The purpose of this Amendment is to extend the proposal due date by 4 days from 17 September 2020 to 21 September 2020. The Government erroneously neglected to post the Questions and Answers file earlier in the solicitation, and is extending the solicitation to ensure that equitable consideration of proposals with all necessary information is provided. Vendors are not required to change their pricing/proposal information in response to this amendment unless an answer listed changes the vendor's position on its original submission; however, any vendor may still revise their proposal and/or pricing through the close out date of this solicitation. Any other changes listed in the summary of changes are due to a system error repeating previously updated information from Amendment 0008. This amendment will have 3 total attachments: Amendment 0009 SF30, Conformed Copy of Solicitation through Amendment 0009, and Questions and Answers (17 Sep). The purpose of this Amendment is to update the Statement Of Work to the version dated 9 September 2020. The requirements in the Statement of Work are here by determined and updated to include Brand Name or Equal with additional specifications added, The Government does not anticipate any changes to the solicitation or Statement of Work that would require Brand Name requirements. The Proposal due date is extended by 6 days from 11 Sep 20 to 17 Sep 20. Sections L & M have been updated to include changes to the Governments evaluation process. Update as of 9/2/2020: Amendment 0006 Published The purpose of this amendment is to update to Statement of Work to version 31 August 2020. This update has included a change where Contractors shall utilize the BEST brand cores and keys. This is expected to be the final SOW update prior to the solicitation close-out. The Government is on a BEST TE keyway. Update as of 8/25/2020: Amendment 0005 Published The purpose of this amendment is to extend the due date of the solicitation to answer and publish questions received, for anticipated changes in the requirement's SOW, and to revise the performance period listed in Section M and Box 11 of the Solicitation Form. This amendment also clarifies the purpose of pricing information provided in CLIN 0002 and adds team size (i.e total members of vendor's team dedicated to completing this project) by updating Section L and M requirements. The Performance Period was erroneously indicated in as 369 days in Section M and Box 11, when the SOW requires 240 days. A separate amendment with Questions & Answers will be published, as well as any changes the Government determines necessary to the SOW after internal consideration. Update as of 8/5/20: Amendment 0001 Published. The purpose of this amendment is to modify the evaluation criteria in Section M. Please review, and ackowledge the Conformed copy of the solicitation FA302220R00130001 and the summary of changes SF30. Original Description: The scope of this requirement is the physical securing of Columbus Air Force Base by the replacement of 2,915 (+/- 10%) keyed locksets across approx. 190 facilities. The Contractor shall provide design, furnish, install, and document a master key system compatible with all current hardware. With the replacement of locking devices, the Contractor shall comply with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements for lever actuated door knobs in commercial office buildings. All buildings are located on Columbus AFB, MS. The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, management, supervision, coordination and transportation required to accomplish this work.
