The 14th Contracting Squadron, Columbus AFB, MS, intends to issue a solicitation for the design and construction of a Lateral Drift Trainer (LDT), and the removal of an existing Swing Landing Trainer (SLT) at Columbus AFB, MS. The Government intends to set-aside this solicitation 100% for small business concerns. The NAICS code applicable to this solicitation is 332999, with a size standard of 750 employees. The total period of performance is anticipated to be 280 days. This notice is not a request for quotes or proposals. The intent of this notice is to notify Industry of a Government requirement that may be posted in the near future. The solicitation will be posted on the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) only. There will be no paper copies of this solicitation available. All solicitation information may be obtained through the above referenced website. Interested parties should register online and subscribe to receive procurement announcements related to this solicitation by entering the website at https://www.sam.gov. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation package. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be registered in the SAM database.
