The site visit will take place on Thursday, 10 September 2026, at 1000 CT and is mandatory for all prospective offerors. Subject: Solicitation # FA302026Q0121 – Cattle Egret Habitat Removal Property B This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in RFO Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, FA302026Q0121, PR# F3V1A16219AW02, is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Contractors shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to execute tree removal on one (1) private properties, totaling approximately one (1) acre, in support of the installation's Bird/Wildlife Aircraft Strike Hazard (BASH) Program to begin performance on 24 September 2026. See attachment 1 - Cattle Egret Statement of Work for specifications. Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. Place of Performance & Acceptance: The work shall be performed at one (1) distinct, off-base property, hereafter referred to as Property B. This location is detailed in Attachment 1 - Cattle Egret Statement of Work. All work shall be subject to inspection and approval by the designated Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). The COR will conduct a final inspection of each property to ensure compliance with the requirements outlined for that specific location before formal acceptance is granted.
