The 82d Contracting Squadron at Sheppard AFB, TX intends to award a sole source contract to Monaco Enterprises, Inc. for a Windows 11 technology refresh of the existing Monaco Fire Alarm Reporting System. The work includes providing all personnel, labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary for the refresh. This requirement is considered sole source because Monaco’s proprietary software and hardware ownership are believed to preclude competition. Interested parties may submit a capability statement to the contracting team to be considered for a potential competitive procurement. Performance of the services will occur at Sheppard AFB, Texas.
