No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; excluding modifications. This solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to provide Polaris UTV FY25 at Sheppard AFB, Texas in accordance with the attached Polaris UTV Specifications and Brand Name Letter. The 82d Contracting Squadron of Sheppard AFB, Texas anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Period of Performance is 180 Calendar Days after receipt of award. *Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Please see ATTACHMENT 1 -APPLICABLE CLAUSES Please see ATTACHMENT 2 -SPECIFICATIONS SHEET for a detailed description and salient characteristics of the commodity sought in this solicitation. Please see ATTACHMENT 3 -BRAND NAME LETTER. Quote must include the pricing for shipping, unloading, installation and the commodity sought in this solicitation as this is all part of the requirement. Additionally, ALL QUOTES MUST BE VALID THROUGH 30 SEPTEMBER 2025. Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. The applicable NAICS code is 336999, and the small business size standard is 1,000 Employees. This requirement is a total set aside for small business concerns. The solicitation number is # FA302025Q0118 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). See attached “Combo Polaris UTV FY25” for the RFQ format. All documents including the solicitation, and all amendments to the solicitation are obtainable via this notice. Contractors are strongly cautioned to check this notice periodically for amendments. Technical submission must include specifications for the Polaris UTV FY25 being quoted. The solicitation will close at 10:00 AM CT on Thursday, 4 September 2025.
