No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, excluding modifications. This solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to provide 96 pairs of Carolina Part # CA9823 OR EQUAL, Logger Steel Toed Boots, Color Black, and sizes IAW Attachment 2 – Specifications to Sheppard AFB, Texas. The boots must meet the specifications of the Air Force, Army, and international Personnel. Lead Time for Delivery is 60 Days After Award. The 82d Contracting Squadron of Sheppard AFB, Texas anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. The applicable NAICS code is 316210, and the small business size standard is 1000 Employees. This requirement is a total set aside for small business concerns.
