The U.S. Air Force has a requirement to furnish all necessary plant, labor, materials, and incidental related work in execution of cleaning and triple-rinsing six (6) above ground storage tanks (ASTs) of various capacities. All residual liquid(s), cleaning/triple-rinsing rinsate(s), and pumpable solid(s) will be captured, containerized, and delivered to Sheppard AFB, Building 2142 Hazardous Waste Accumulation Site (i.e. 90-Day) at the conclusion of each work day. NOTE: See Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement - FY25 Triple Rinse Storage Tank Cleaning Services for the minimum requirements. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
