The 82d Contracting Squadron of Sheppard AFB, Texas anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The work to be performed under this contract consists of the Contractor providing all management, tools, equipment, storage and labor necessary to ensure that custodial services and window cleaning are performed at Sheppard Air Force Base (SAFB), located in Wichita Falls, Texas and two buildings (bldgs.) located at Frederick Auxiliary Airfield in Frederick, Oklahoma, approximately 45 minutes from SAFB, in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance in accordance with the PWS. Project performance period is a five-year ordering period from 01 October 2024 to 30 September 2029. ****Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. **** The applicable NAICS Code is 561720, Janitorial Services with a size standard of $22M. This requirement is a total set aside for Section 8(a) small business concerns. The solicitation number is #FA302024R0001 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). Contractors are strongly cautioned to check this notice periodically for amendments via the Solicitation Module in PIEE. An organized site visit is scheduled for 8:00 AM CDT on Thursday, 2 May 2024. Participants are to meet at 82d Contracting Squadron, Building 1662. Only one site visit will be conducted. All questions must be submitted by 10:00 AM CDT on Friday, 10 May 2024. This acquisition is to provide Custodial Services for Sheppard Air Force Base (SAFB), Texas, and Frederick Auxiliary Airfield, OK, located approximately 65 miles Northwest of SAFB, Texas in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and provide a clean, neat and professional appearance. The service provider shall provide non-personal services, to include all personnel, equipment, tools, quality control, supervision, and other items and services necessary to provide custodial services. The 82nd Contracting Squadron anticipates issuing a competitive solicitation for a firm fixed-price contract. The solicitation number is FA302024R0001. The projected performance period is a five-year ordering period from 01 October 2024 to 30 September 2029. The current Custodial Services contract is due to expire 30 September 2024. In accordance with FAR Subpart 19.8, this potential acquisition is 100% set-aside for Section 8(a) Small Business Concerns.
