AMENDMENT 2 (09/06/2024) The purpose of this amendment is to remove benches from the requirement, change the quantity of lockers from 266 EA to 509 EA, and change the measurements of lockers from 18 X 18 X 72 to 12 X 18 X 78. Please see the updated COMBO, attachment 3, and attachment 4 for more details. The solicitation is extended until 10:00AM CST on 12 Sep 2024. AMENDMENT 1 (09/04/2024) The purpose of this amendment is to update the COMBO, attachment 3, and attachment 4 to clarify the measurements and quantities of the requirement as well as to extend the solicitation until 10:00AM CST on 9 Sep 2024. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; excluding modifications. This solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to provide a ADA Compliant 1-Tier Lockers and Phenolic Bench W/Alum Pedestals for 82 FSS, Sheppard AFB, TX 76310. The 82d Contracting Squadron anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. This requirement is subject to the availability of funds in accordance with FAR 52.232-18. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Quotes must be valid until 31 Dec 2024. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside with a NAICS of 337215 and size standard of 500 employees.
