AMENDMENT 1 (08/05/2024) The purpose of this amendment is to extend the solicitation until 10:00 AM CST on 8 Aug 2024. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; excluding modifications. This solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to provide Harris XL Coverage 185P Single Band Portabke Radios at Sheppard AFB, Texas. The 82d Contracting Squadron of Sheppard AFB, Texas anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Delivery will be to Ft Leonard Wood, MO 65473. This is a Brand Name requirement. Please see the attached Product Specifications for details. All quotes must be valid until 30 Sep 2024. This requirement is subject to the availability of funds in accordance with FAR 52.232-18. Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. Please make sure to The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. The applicable NAICS code is 334220, and the small business size standard is 1,250 employees. This requirement is a total set aside for small business concerns.
