No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; excluding modifications. This solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to provide the delivery and installation of 20 EA Consew 206RB-5 sewing machines, 20 EA CSM1001 motors, 20 EA compatible tables/stands, 20 EA compatible lights, and other standard accessories at Sheppard AFB, Texas. The requirement will be for the brand name Consew. The 82d Contracting Squadron of Sheppard AFB, Texas anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Amendment 1- This purpose of this amendment is to update the NAICS code from 423830 to 333248. The update of this NAICS code is to allow for further competition. The response date for this extended solicitation will accept responses by Wednesday, 14 Aug 2024 at 10AM. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. The applicable NAICS code is 423830, and the small business size standard is 100 employees. This requirement is a total set aside for small business concerns. The solicitation number is # FA302024Q0071 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). See attached “Combo RFQ - 361 TRS Sewing Machines” for the RFQ format.
