This solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to provide 5(ea) Boom Truck 5-Display Vortex Advantage with Motion Simulator (Refer to Attachment 2 for specifications), 5(ea) Backhoe Training Pack (Refer to Attachment 3 for specifications), 5(ea) Boom Truck Training Pack (Refer to Attachment 2 for specifications), 5(ea) Digger Derrick Training Pack-With Lever Controls (Refer to Attachment 2 for specifications), 1(ea) Intellia Instructor Subscription (Refer to Attachment 4 for specifications), 1(ea) Intellia Instructor Tablet (Refer to Attachment 4 for specifications), 1(ea) Intellia Hub State-of-the-art real time Simulator hub (Refer to Attachment 4 for specifications), 5(ea) 1 Year Annual Maintenance and Support, 5(ea) Onsite Installaion and Training, 1(ea) 1 Year Annual Maintenance and Support, 5(ea) Steering Wheel Component from Vortex Advantage Simulator (Refer to Attachment 7 for specifications), and 5(ea) Boom Truck/Digger Derrick Level Controls from Vortex Advantage Simulator (Refer to Attachment 7 for specifications) that are the brand name of CM Labs Simulator (refer to Attachment 8 for Brand Name Justification Signiture). The 82d Contracting Squadron of Sheppard AFB, Texas anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. The applicable NAICS code is 333310, and the small business size standard is 1,000 employees. This requirement is a total set aside for small business concerns.
