**Amendment 1 : This amendment is to add Attachment 2- Questions and Answers and to extend the response deadline. Please note the response deadline has been extended to Tuesday, May 28th no later than 10AM CST.** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; excluding modifications. This solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to provide Electrical Utility Climbing Poles at Sheppard AFB: 30' CLASS 3 YELLOW PINE UNTREATED - REA M-20 FRAMING (45 each). DELIVERY TO SHEPPARD AFB, BLDG 1927 POLE YARD. Delivery on self-unloading truck. Requested delivery date by 30 JUNE 2024. The 82d Contracting Squadron of Sheppard AFB, Texas anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The applicable NAICS code is 321113, and the small business size standard is 500 employees. This requirement is a total set aside for small business concerns. The solicitation number is FA302024Q0045 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). See attached “Combo RFQ” for the RFQ format. All documents including the solicitation, FA302024Q0045 and all amendments to the solicitation are obtainable via this notice. Contractors are strongly cautioned to check this notice periodically for amendments. The solicitation will close at 10:00 AM CST on 24 May 2024.
