Sheppard Air Force Base (AFB) will be creating group sales agreement for procuring off base lodging and room space within the requirements set by 344 RCS for 344 RCS. This requirement is to provide lodging and a professional space to hold their mandatory Semi-Annual Training Conference. As a DoD entity hosting a Semi-Annual Training Confrence, we will ensure our travelers are provided lodging that meet the Department of Defense (DoD) Lodging Adequacy Standards. The Standards ensure the care and satisfaction of official government and our non-government travelers by providing adequate accomodations in quality facilities. The expectation is that all lodging facilities meet 100 percent of the standards. The bstandards have been developed with input from Military Services and Defense Travel Managment Office (DTMO) and are reflective of DTMO's Integrated Lodging Program Pilot standards. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, excluding modifications. This solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to provide a Hotel Agreement at Dallas, Texas. PLEASE SEE ATTACHMENTS 2 & 3 - Specification Sheets for commodity items, requirements, and quantities sought in this solicitation. The 82d Contracting Squadron of Sheppard AFB, Texas anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. The applicable NAICS code is 721110, and the small business size standard is 40 million. This requirement is a total set aside for Small Business concerns. The solicitation number is # FA302024Q0036 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). See attached “Combo RFQ” for the RFQ format.
