The Quanity in CLIN 0002 has been reduced from 13 55G Drums to 1 55G Drum of Phillips 66, Chevron Regal HH or "Equal". CLIN 0004 - requirement has changed to 5 Empty 5-Gal Pails with Lids and Labels to identify Smoke in CLIN 0003 IAW Attachment 6-Updated Smoke Oil Specifications at Sheppard Air Force Base, TX. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, excluding modifications.
