CLIN 0001 is changed to an 80 x 40 tent with seating for 300 guests, the 10 x 10 tent is removed, and the 12 x 12 tent quantity is increased to 4. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; excluding modifications. This solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to provide: 120*40 four-sided tent (1 Ea), 40*80 four-sided tent (1 Ea), 40*40 four-sided tent (1 Ea), 10*20 tent (2 Ea), 8*8 Canopies (20 Ea), 10*10 tent (1Ea), 12*12 tent (1 Ea) Sheppard AFB, Texas. The 82d Contracting Squadron of Sheppard AFB, Texas anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Notice to Offerors/Suppliers: The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. The applicable NAICS code is 532289, and the small business size standard is $12.5M. This requirement is a total set aside for small business concerns. The solicitation number is FA302024Q0026 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). See attached “Combo RFQ” for the RFQ format.
