Water and electrical are still to be provided by the vendor. The response deadline is extended to 2pm CDT, 26 March 2024. Updated Combo is attached. **** AMENDMENT 001 **** The purpose of this amendment is to update the answer in question 1, in the Question & Answer document attached to this solicitation due to new information received from the customer and to extend the response deadline to 4pm CDT, 13 March 2024. ---------------------------------------- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; excluding modifications. This solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to provide: Six station Luxury Restroom trailers (climate controlled/music capable/baby changing stations/sinks) (2 Ea), Handicap Restroom (10 Ea), Standard Restroom (90 Ea), Hand Washing Stations (30 Ea), Delivery/Set-up/Removal (1 Ea), Saturday Service (1 Ea), at Sheppard AFB, Texas. The 82d Contracting Squadron of Sheppard AFB, Texas anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Notice to Offerors/Suppliers: The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. The applicable NAICS code is 562998, and the small business size standard is $16.5M. This requirement is a total set aside for small business concerns. The solicitation number is FA302024Q0025 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). See attached “Combo RFQ” for the RFQ format. All documents including the solicitation, FA302024Q0025, and all amendments to the solicitation are obtainable via this notice.
