The 82 MSG is seeking sources capable of providing services for the operation of a hair salon at the Sheppard Event Center. The contractor will be responsible for providing all equipment and supplies necessary for operating the hair salon. This equipment includes, but is not limited to tables, chairs, tools of the trade and supplies, as well as all Information Technologies that support scheduling of clients and credit card payments, in accordance with the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW). Additionally, the dates of offerers due will be extended from 8 MAR 2024 at 2 pm to 11 MAR 2024 at 9 am. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; excluding modifications. This solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to provide servicing and maintenance for Stratasys MC450 and MC900 Fused-deposition Modeling (FDM) machines that are outside the scope of capabilities at Sheppard AFB, Texas. The 82d Contracting Squadron of Sheppard AFB, Texas anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. This service contract will be a Base Year plus Four one-year option periods. The Period of Performance is required to start on April 4, 2024 to April 3, 2025. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date.
