This solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to provide Classroom Furniture (Please see Attachment 1 for product specifications). PLEASE INCLUDE DELIVERY TO GULFPORT, MS This requirement is subject to the availability of funds in accordance with FAR 52.232- 18. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offerer for any costs. QUOTES MUST BE VALID 31 MARCH 2024 This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside with a NAICS of 337214 and size standard of 1,100 employees. See Attachment 1: Product Specifications, Attachment 2: Applicable Clauses and Provisions - FA302023Q0135 for a list of clauses in addition to the FAR clauses applicable,. The solicitation number is FA302024Q0004 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). All documents including the solicitation, and all amendments to the solicitation are obtainable via this notice. Contractors are strongly cautioned to check this notice periodically for amendments. The solicitation will close at 12:00 PM CDT on 5 December 2023. All solicitations must be submitted via email to the Primary and Alternate contacts listed below.
