No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; excluding modifications. This BRAND NAME OR EQUAL solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to provide a Vehicle Simulator to Fort Leonard Wood, MO. See attached 368 TRS Vehicle Simulator Combo, for a detailed description and salient characteristics of the product sought in this solicitation. The 82d Contracting Squadron of Sheppard AFB, TX anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The applicable NAICS code is 611430, and the small business standard is $15M. This requirement is a 100% total set-aside for small business concerns. All documents including the solicitation and all amendments to the solicitation are obtainable via this notice. Contractors are strongly cautioned to check this notice periodically for amendments. The solicitation will close at 2:00PM CDT on Monday, 11 Sep 2023. All solicitations must be submitted via email to the Primary and Alternate contacts listed below. The 368 TRS Vehicle Simulator Combo must be filled out and submitted along with any other documents the offeror(s)/supplier(s) wishes to provide. Please refer to: Attachment 1 - Provisions and Clauses and Attachment 2 - Vehicle Simulator Specifications. All quotes MUST be valid until 30 Sep 2023. NOTE: Forklift of any sort will not be required Liftgate is not required Building for delivery does not have a loading dock The building is only 1 level Installation is required after delivery. The classroom this product is going to is 13X12ft. so please pay attention to the size of the product that is quoted. The seat base MUST MOVE IN CONCURRENCE with the screens the students are looking at. This is due to students getting sick in the simulator that does not move in concurrence with the screens. Warranty is requested to be in-person service instead of remote help due to the complex setup of the simulators. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
