Amendment 1 - The Purpose of this Amendment is to Clarify that the following: Marker Board and Frame together is 6'1"H x 6'W Marker Board is 6'H x 4'W We are requesting for both the Marker Board and Frame, please quote accordingly. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; excluding modifications. This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ) to provide 'Brand Name or Equal' items for 56(ea) Flipper Tables and 6(ea) Marker Boards to the 366 TRS at Sheppard AFB, Texas. See Attachment 1 for our Clauses and Provisions set and Attachment 2/3 for the Flipper Tables & Marker Board Specifications sought in this solicitation. The 82d Contracting Squadron expects to award as a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The applicable NAICS code is 337214, and the small business size standard is 1,100 employees. This requirement is a total set aside for a total small business concerns. The solicitation number is #FA302023Q0090 and is issued as a RFQ. See attachment 4 for the 'Combo RFQ' in the RFQ format. All documents including the solicitation and all amendments to the solicitation are obtainable via this notice. Contractors are strongly cautioned to check this periodically for any ammendments. This solicitation will close 14 August 2023 at 1:00pm CDT. All solicitations must be submitted via email to the Primary and Alternate contacts listed below. All questions must be submitted by 11 August 2023 at 1:00pm CDT. All questions MUST be submitted in writing to the Primary and Alternate contacts listed below as well. ***Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date.
