AMENDMENT 1 (8/1/2023): The purpose of this amendment is to correct the due date on the COMBO form attachment from Thursday, 10 August 2023 to Thursday, 3 August 2023. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. No paper copies of solicitation will be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; excluding modifications. This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ) to provide 280(ea) Huskey height adjustable workbenches, brand name or equal. The 82d Contracting Squadron of Sheppard AFB, Texas anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The specifications of the Husky height adjustable workbench are found in the "Attachment 2- Husky Height Adjustable Workbench." Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. This applicable NACIS code is 337127, and is small business size standard is 500 employees. This requirement is a total set aside for small business concerns. The solicitation number is FA302023Q0074 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). See attached "Combo RFQ" for the RFQ format. All documents including the solicitation are obtainable via this notice. Contractors are strongly cautioned to check this notice periodically for amendments. The solicitation will close at 1400 CDT on 3 August 2023. All solicitations must be submitted via email to the Primary and Alternate contracts listed below.
