No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; excluding modifications. This solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to provide 424(ea) Lenovo 500E Chromebooks Gen3, brand name or equal, 684(ea) extra 65W USB-C GAN Adapter, brand name or equal, and 884(ea) Lenovo Chromebook Cases brand name or equal. The 82d Contracting Squadron of Sheppard AFB, Texas anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The specifications of the 500E Chromebook Gen3 are found in attachment 2- Lenovo 500e Chromebook Gen 3 (Intel), the specifications of the Lenovo Chromebook Case are found in attachment 3- Lenovo Case for 500e_300e Chromebook Intel, and the specifications of the 65W USB-C GAN Adapter are found on page two of attachment 2- Lenovo 500e Chromebook Gen 3 (Intel). Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. The applicable NAICS code is 334111, and the small business size standard is 1,250 employees. This requirement is a total set aside for small business concerns. The solicitation number is FA302023Q0056 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). See attached “Combo RFQ” for the RFQ format. All documents including the solicitation, FA302023Q0056, and all amendments to the solicitation are obtainable via this notice. Contractors are strongly cautioned to check this notice periodically for amendments. The solicitation will close at 1400 CDT on 26 July 2023.
