This solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to provide Three (3) BRAND NAME specific Insinger CA-3, Pot and Pan Washer with Standard Current Draw Amps of 208/3/60, and the following Options: Electric Booster, Totally Enclosed Motor, and Pressure Reduction Valve and Line Strainer. 1. This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. This solicitation is being issued as a(n) Request for Quotes (RFQ). 3. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through: Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04 Effective 2 June 2023 Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Public Notice 2023-06 Effective 9 June 2023 Air Force Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-07 Effective 7 July 2023 4. This acquisition is set aside 100% for Small Business Concerns. The North American Industry Size Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this requirement is 333310. The Small Business Size Standard associated with this NAICS is 1,000 Employees. 5. Questions may be submitted to the POC and Contracting Officer listed above no later than 1400 hours (2:00PM) CDT on 25 July 2023. Questions submitted after this date may not be answered. 6. Quotes in response to this solicitation must be submitted via email to the POC and Contracting Officer listed below no later than 1400 hours (2:00PM) CDT on 1 August 2023 (the established deadline). 7. Quotes must be valid for Sixty-Two (62) days after 1 August 2023 (the established deadline). 8. All price quotations must be submitted via the above table. Separate quotes on company letterhead can be provided for supplemental information, but all technical submissions must be submitted on a separate document. 9. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. 10. Delivery is required within One Hundred and Twenty (120) days after the award of the contract.
