No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; excluding modifications. This solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to provide a 'Brand Name or Equal' item for 200(ea) Lenovo 500E Chromebooks Gen3 and a 'Brand Name or Equal' item for 200(ea) 65W USB-C Lenovo Chromebook Charger Cord at Sheppard AFB, Texas. See Attachment 1: Provisions and Clauses, for the applicable provisions and clauses for this solicitation. See Attachment 2: Specifications for 82JB0002US, for further details including dimensions and pertinent electronic requirements. See listed specifications below for 65W USB-C charge cord details. Any alternative items must meet or exceed the specifications listed in Attachment 2. The 82d Contracting Squadron of Sheppard AFB, Texas anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The applicable NAICS code is 334111, and the small business size standard is 1,250 employees. This requirement is a total set aside for small business concerns. The solicitation number is FA302023Q0051 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). See attached “Combo Chromebook” for the RFQ format. All documents including the solicitation and all amendments to the solicitation are obtainable via this notice. Contractors are strongly cautioned to check this notice periodically for amendments.
