No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, excluding modifications. This solicitation is for 18 EA - Samsung Flip Pro Model: WM75B or equal. * Please include delivery to Sheppard AFB, TX 76311 in pricing. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside with a NAICS of 334118 and size standard of 1,000 employees. See Attachment 1: Applicable Clauses, for a list of clauses in addition to the FAR clauses applicable and Attachment 2: Product Specification. Delivery will be to Sheppard AFB, TX. EVALUATION CRITERIA: The following factors shall be used to evaluate quotes, in no order of importance: TECHNICAL CAPABILITY TO MEET THE GOVERNMENT'S REQUIREMENT PRICE DELIVERY TERMS PAST PERFORMANCE.
