AMENDMENT 0001 Amendment 0001 is posted to extend the deadline for receipt of quotes to 1400 Central, 30 March 2023. Questions and answers received are still being processed and will be published ASAP. An updated combo document with the new deadline is attached. ******************************************************************************************* This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; excluding modifications. This solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to use existing cables and reroute them properly through the furniture to provide dual jacks to each desk at Sheppard AFB, Texas. See attached SOW for a detailed description and drawings of the service sought in this solicitation. The 82d Contracting Squadron of Sheppard AFB, Texas anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The applicable NAICS code is 238210, and the small business size standard is $19M. This requirement is a total set aside for small business concerns. The solicitation number is FA302023Q0011 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). See attached “Combo RFQ” for the RFQ format. All documents including the solicitation and all amendments to the solicitation are obtainable via this notice. Contractors are strongly cautioned to check this notice periodically for amendments. The solicitation will close at 2:00PM CST on 23 March 2023. All solicitations must be submitted via email to the Primary and Alternate contacts listed below. All questions must be submitted by 2:00 PM CST on 21 March 2023. All questions MUST be submitted in writing to the Primary and Alternate contacts listed below as well. A site visit will be held on 21 March 2023 from 9:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Please let us know no later than COB 20 March 2023 if you plan to attend so that we can arrange escorts and confirm details.
