No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; excluding modifications. This solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to provide KI Furniture at Sheppard AFB, Texas. Please reference Attachment 3: Product Visualization Sheet for more details regarding the requested furniture. The 82d Contracting Squadron of Sheppard AFB, Texas anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. The applicable NAICS code is 337214 - Office Furniture (except Wood) Furniture, and the small business size standard is 1,000 employees. This requirement is a total set aside for small business concerns. The solicitation number is # FA302023Q0009 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). See attached “Combo RFQ” for the RFQ format. All documents including the solicitation and all amendments to the solicitation are obtainable via this notice. Contractors are strongly cautioned to check this notice periodically for amendments. The solicitation will close at 2:00PM CST on 24 Feb 2023. All solicitations must be submitted via email to the Primary and Alternate contacts listed below. All questions must be submitted by 2:00 PM CST on 22 Feb 2023. All questions MUST be submitted in writing to the Primary and Alternate contacts listed below as well. **Amendment 23 Feb 2023 - For delivery purposes, a loading dock will be required to unload the items. Forklifts, Pallet Jacks, and other unloading equipment will not be necessary. Additionally, installation need not be provided for this requirement. Due to the amendment, the solicitation will be extended to Tuesday, 28 Feb 2023, at 2:00 PM CST in order to provide enough time to adjust to the new information.** **Amendment 27 Feb 2023 - We apologize for the confusion regarding the loading dock.
