Occupied and Unoccupied Dormitory Cleaning Services consists of non-personal services to provide management, labor, supplies, equipment, and materials necessary to operate the Occupied and Unoccupied Dormitory Cleaning Office in support of Sheppard Air Force Base (SAFB), Texas and the Euro-North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Joint Jet Pilot Training Program (ENJJPT) Allied student residents as set forth in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and the current AFI 32-6000, Housing Management. Amendment 1: The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate following changes to the solicitation FA3020-22-R-0004: 1. Provide Governments' responses to contractor's questions 2. Revise Atch 01 Dorm Cleaning Price Exhibit to add Carbon Monoxide (CO2) detector checks with Smoke detector checks 3. Revise Atch 02 Dorm Cleaning PWS to add Carbon Monoxide (CO2) detector checks with Smoke detector checks Amendment 2: The purpose of this amendment is to clarify question 21 concerning pricing Smoke/Carbon Monoxide Detector Checks. In addition, the PWS and Price Exhibit have been update to Carbon (CO) Monoxide replacing all references to Carbon Dioxide (CO2) detectors.
