Vendor quotes shall be valid for 90 days from RFQ close date** This combined synopsis/solicitation is for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, excluding modifications. This solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to provide thirty-five (35) each for a 6’ x 6’ L Shape Office Cubicle Desk Workstation. Materials shall be of solid, conservative colors (e.g. beige, grey, muted blue, white, black, etc.). Cubicles shall include overhead storage cabinets, drawers, and a wardrobe. The desktop shall include not less than two (2) power outlets with a power cable of at least ten (10) feet using a standard north American three (3) prong plug. Edges and corners shall be rounded with at least a 1/8” (one-eight inch) radius. The desk top shall be of either solid materials or laminated. The desk top may be wood or solid color. Cubicles may share a panel with not more than 1 other cubicle space. Cubicles shall be modular in design with the ability to be reoriented, disassembled, and reassembled by the end user without specialized tooling. at Sheppard AFB, Texas.
