This solicitation is to provide Three (3) BRAND NAME specific Insinger CA-3, Pot and Pan Washer with Standard Current Draw Amps of 208/3/60, and the following Options: Electric Booster, Totally Enclosed Motor, and Pressure Reduction Valve and Line Strainer. 1. This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. This solicitation is being issued as a(n) Request for Quotes (RFQ). 3. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through: Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06 Effective 26 Apr 2022 Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Public Notice 20220623 Effective 23 Jun 2022 Air Force Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-0502 Effective: 2 May 2022 4. This acquisition is set aside 100% for Small Business Concerns. The North American Industry Size Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this requirement is 333318. The Small Business Size Standard associated with this NAICS is 1,000 Employees. 5. Quotes must be valid for Forty-Five (45) days after 16 August 2022 (the established deadline). 6. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. 7. Delivery is required within One Hundred and Twenty (120) days after the award of the contract.
