No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; excluding modifications. This solicitation is a Request for Proposal (RFP) to provide Exhaust Hoods services at Sheppard AFB, Texas. See attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for a detailed description and salient characteristics of the services sought in this solicitation. The 82d Contracting Squadron of Sheppard AFB, Texas anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The applicable NAICS code is 561790, and the small business size standard is $8M. This requirement is set aside to Women-Owned Small Businesses only. The solicitation number is # FA302021R0001 and is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). See attachment 1 “Price Exhibit Worksheet” to enter proposed prices and review all attachments for further instructions for offerors. This acquisition is to provide non-personal services, to include all personnel, equipment, tools, supplies, expertise, quality control, materials and other items necessary to perform cleaning kitchen exhaust hoods and ducts at Sheppard AFB, Texas and Sheppard AFB Annex located at Lake Texoma, Grayson County, Texas (TX), located approximately 120 miles northeast of SAFB and 8 miles north of Sandusky, TX. The 82nd Contracting Squadron anticipates issuing a Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) competitive solicitation for a firm fixed-price contract. The solicitation number is FA3020-21-R-0001. The projected performance period is a base year and four (1) year option periods from 01 October 2021 to 30 September 2026. The current Exhaust Hoods Cleaning & Certification services contract is due to expire 30 September 2021. In accordance with FAR Subpart 19.5, this potential acquisition is 100% set-aside for Women Owned Small Business Concerns.
