Amendment #1 (25 June 2021) This amendment updates the PWS to include the new Federal Holiday, Juneteenth National Independence Day (June 19th), in the listing of recognized Federal Holidays applicable to this contact on Page 4. This is the only change to the PWS. Attachment 2 - PWS (Amendment 1) is updated and available for review. The response deadline has not been extended. Answers to all questions that have been received have also been posted and are located in the attachments section of this solicitation. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; excluding modifications. This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ) to provide Aircrew Flight Equipment Services at Sheppard AFB, Texas. See attached PWS for a detailed description and salient characteristics of the services sought in this solicitation. The 82d Contracting Squadron of Sheppard AFB, Texas anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The applicable NAICS code is 561910 and the small business size standard is $11.0 Million. This requirement is a total set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business concerns. The solicitation number is # FA302021Q0012 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). See attached “Combo RFQ” for the RFQ format. All documents including the solicitation, attachments, and all amendments to the solicitation are obtainable via this notice. Contractors are strongly cautioned to check this notice periodically for amendments. The solicitation will close at 10:00 AM CST on 2 July 2021. All solicitations must be submitted according to the instructions outlined in the Combo RFQ. *Site visit has been rescheduled for 17 June 21, from 1330 to 1530 CST. Due to lead time requirements as a result of COVID-19 security policies, please notify the primary and alternate contacts listed below via email if you are interested in attending NLT 12:00pm (Noon) 15 June 21, in order to receive instructions on accessing the installation. * In addition, questions have been extended and must now be submitted by 10:00 AM CST on 21 June 2021. All questions MUST be submitted via e-mail to the Primary and Alternate contacts listed below as well. * All previous information remains in effect. A site visit will be conducted on 08 June 21, from 1300 to 1500 CST. Attendance at the site visit is not mandatory in order to submit a quote for this effort, but is encouraged. Due to lead time requirements as a result of COVID-19 security policies, please notify the primary and alternate contacts listed below if you are interested in attending NLT 12:00pm (Noon) 07 June 21, in order to receive instructions on accessing the installation. Notification past this time may render you unable to access the installation and therefore the site visit. If you have recently exhibited symptoms of COVID-19 or have been in close contact with someone who has, please do not attend the site visit. Any questions asked at the site visit will be posted so all potential vendors have equal information. All questions must be submitted by 10:00 AM CST on 18 June 2021.
