No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; excluding modifications. This solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to provide the following to Gulfport, MS: 172 each - Steel Plate (Low Carbon), 3/8" x 4' x 8', P/N PL3848 or similar; 156 each - Galvanized Sheet Metal, 22GA x 4' x 10', P/N HRGS22410 or similar; 26 each - Aluminum Plate, 3/16" (.190") x 4' x 8', Grade 5052-H32, P/N AS5052.19048 or similar; 20 each - Steel Sheet (Low Carbon), 1/8" (11GA) x 4' x 8', P/N HRS1148 or similar; 26 each - Stainless Steel Plate, 3/16" x 4' x 10', Grade 304L, P/N SSPL316410 or similar; 10 each - Steel Hot Rolled Round Bars, 1" x 20', P/N HR1 or similar The 82d Contracting Squadron of Sheppard AFB, Texas anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. The applicable NAICS code is 331110, and the small business size standard is 1500 employees. This requirement is a total set aside for small business concerns. The solicitation number is FA3020-21-Q-0002 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). See attached “Combo RFQ” for the RFQ format. All documents including the solicitation, FA3020-21-Q-0002, and all amendments to the solicitation are obtainable via this notice. Contractors are strongly cautioned to check this notice periodically for amendments. The solicitation will close at 1:00 PM CST on 7 January 2021.
