See attached Statement of Work for Project - Replacement of Flooring B4490 Applicable NAICS Code for this project is 238330, with a Size Standard of 16.5 Million Dollars. Magnitude of proposed construction is less than $25,000.00. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. A site visit will be accomplished on 12 March 2020 at 1000 (CDT) hours; meeting at 82d Contracting, building 1662, then proceeding to the site. If you require assistance to access the base, please contact the Contract Administrator or Contracting Officer. Questions will be due in writing by 16 March 2020 at 1400 (CDT) hours. The performance period for this project is 30 days from NTP. The Wage Determination for this project is TX20200254 Mod 0, Wichita Building, dated 3 Jan 2020. Please refer to Section J which includes attachments for all applicable provisions and clauses. Please refer to Section L for Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Offerors and Section M for Evaluation Factors. IAW NFC-28-15, Performance and Payment Bonds - Construction, payment bonds may be applicable. A payment bond is required in the event the proposal is $35,000 or greater. As a result of this solicitation, the Government anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed Price Contact on or around 27 March 2020. Contractor should refer to Section J for FAR 52.236-4 Physical Data. This is a nonappropriated fund purchase and it does not obligate appropriated funds of the United States Government. Nonappropriated funds are generated by the military community through the sale of goods and services and the collection of fees and charges for participation in military community programs. This purchase does not involve federal tax dollars.
