The purpose of this synopsis is to publicize the forthcoming acquisition for Integrated Solid Waste Management. This acquisition is to provide non-personal services, to include all personnel, equipment, tools, quality control, supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure that collection and recycling services are performed at Sheppard AFB and SAFB Recreation Annex at Lake Texoma, Grayson County, Texas (TX), located approximately 120 miles northeast of SAFB and 8 miles north of Sandusky, TX. The 82nd Contracting Squadron anticipates issuing a 8(a) competitive solicitation for a firm fixed-price contract. The solicitation number is FA3020-20-R-0004. The projected performance period is a base year and four (1) year option periods from 01 October 2020 to 30 September 2025. The current ISWM contract is due to expire 30 September 2020. In accordance with FAR Subpart 19.8, this potential acquisition is 100% set-aside for Section 8(a) Small Business Concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 562111, Solid Waste Collection. The size standard is $41.5 million The solicitation along with additional documents (Performance Work Statement, Blank Price Exhibits, Wage Determination, etc.) will be released approximately 05 February 2020.
