No loading dock, but they do have large roll up doors and the ability to offload the chairs. 5. The desk/seating combo requested is from China and Non-TAA Compliant. The TAA doesn't apply since this is a small business set-aside. However, any domestic end products and foreign end products will be evaluated IAW DFARS 252.225-7000
