This is a BRAND NAME specific solicitation. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; excluding modifications. This solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to provide a Rohde & Schwarz PR200 Spectrum Analyzer at Sheppard AFB, Texas. See attached spreadsheet for a detailed description and salient characteristics of the items sought in this solicitation. The 82d Contracting Squadron of Sheppard AFB, Texas anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. *Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.* The applicable NAICS code is 334515 and the small business size standard is 750 employees. This requirement is a total set aside for small business concerns. The solicitation number is # FA302020Q0016 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFQ). See attached “Combo RFQ” for the RFQ format. All documents including the solicitation, attachments, and all amendments to the solicitation are obtainable via this notice. Contractors are strongly cautioned to check this notice periodically for amendments. The solicitation will close at 5:00PM CST on 08 June 2020. All solicitations must be submitted according to the instructions outlined in the Combo RFP. All questions must be submitted by 5:00 PM CST on 05 June 2020.
