SAP Commodity Solicitation: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; excluding modifications. This solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to provide Utility Climbing Poles at Sheppard AFB, Texas. The 82d Contracting Squadron of Sheppard AFB, Texas anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. This IDIQ will contain a 5 year ordering period with a minimum contract quantity of 70 utility poles, and a maximum contract ceiling of 500 utility poles. Offerors are required to submit pricing for each ordering year as necessary within the Combo RFQ document, attached. The applicable NAICS code is 321213, and the small business size standard is 500 employees. This requirement is a total set aside for _small business_ concerns. The solicitation number is # FA302019QA004_ and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). See attached "Combo RFQ" for the RFQ format.
