The contractor must supply all equipment, tools, materials, transportation, and labor to provide and maintain recirculating parts washers using solvent recycling and waste minimization. The washers must include lighting and filtration, plus a conspicuous label with operating procedures to minimize emissions. Immersion cleaners must have a minimum freeboard ratio of 0.70, measured at the solvent surface. Any waste and solvents not reused must be manifested under the Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest System. Coordination with the 802d Civil Engineering Squadron (802 CES)/CEIEC is required.
