The contractor must furnish all equipment, tools, materials, transportation, and labor to provide and maintain recirculating parts washers that use solvent recycling and waste minimization practices. The washers must include lighting and filtration to maintain solvent effectiveness between service intervals. A permanent, conspicuous label must be posted on or near each parts washer or immersion cleaner summarizing proper operating procedures to minimize emissions. All immersion cleaners must have a minimum freeboard ratio of 0.70 when width is measured at the solvent surface level.
