This requirement is a non-personal service contract as defined in FAR 37.101. The laundry and dry-cleaning services contractor shall in accordance with Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement (PWS), furnish all personnel, equipment, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform laundry/dry cleaning services for Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) to include JBSA-Lackland and JBSA-Randolph. All services should be provided in accordance with commercial industry practices.***Solicitation Amendment 0001***The purpose of this amendment is to:1.
