The Government is only conducting market research and attaining information to identify contractors that are capable of providing the services listed below: The Government is currently utilizing NAICS 541350 Building Inspection Services. All information provided is STRICTLY VOLUNTARY. The purpose of this Sources Sought is to query the market for potential interested, capable, responsible, and qualified small business offerors that can provide/perform the stated requirement. The government is interested in collecting market data/information in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10, from potential sources that have the capability to inspect and test the Structural Fire Training Facilities (SFTF) & Aircraft Fire Training Facilities (AFTF) at Joint Base San Antonio-Fire Emergency Services (JBSA FES); Operating Locations- Lackland, Randolph, and Fort Sam Houston. Interested and/or potential small business offerors are requested and encouraged to submit responses to the questions below, not later than Monday 22 December 2025 at 3:00 PM Central Time.
