Concurrent multi-contractor activity across these facilities demands precise coordination, strict operational security, and milestone-schedule adherence. The contractor must provide all management, personnel, equipment, logistics, transportation, and climate-controlled storage to disassemble, clean, inventory, transport, store, and return/reinstall approximately 3,713 government-owned dormitory appliances at Joint Base San Antonio – Fort Sam Houston, Texas. The requirement is for a three-year contract, with quotes to cover the entirety of the effort and requirements detailed in the PWS.
