The Government intends to establish a multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreement for screen system repair/replacement services at the Military Working Dog Kennels at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Lackland through call orders. Up to three BPAs may be awarded to responsible offerors using a Lowest-Priced, Technically Acceptable evaluation for best value. The BPA period of performance is one year from award. Interested contractors must complete and return the RFQ and Schedule B Price List and review all associated attachments, including the SOW, Service Contract Act wage determination, current screen drawing, and product data. Questions/concerns must be submitted to the listed POCs as specified; late questions will not be accepted or reviewed.
