The government intends to establish up to three multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for Screen System repair/replacement services at the Military Working Dog Kennels located at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Lackland. The BPA period of performance is one year from award, with services ordered via call orders. Awards will be made to responsible offerors whose quotes represent the best value under a Lowest-Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) process. Interested contractors must complete and return the RFQ and Schedule B Price List and review all attachments, including the SOW, Service Contract Act Wage Determination, and current screen drawing/product data. Questions and answers were attached on 9/24/2026, and questions/concerns must be directed to the listed POCs.
